Authentic vintage French green with blue lettering Pernod. Late 1940's design

Dimensions 17cm height x 19cm length

Excellent useable condition with signs of age. No chips or cracks, wear and glaze fade and slight crazing. Pernod 45 was introduced in 1938 while the newer 51 version was introduced in 1951.

A fantastic piece of early French advertising. Perfect accessory for Bar or kitchen displayClassic ceramic pitcher would originally have been used in French cafés and bistros.
