- Rates: Calculated at checkout, prices vary by weight, size, and postal service.
- Delivery: UK orders usually arrive within 2 to 4 business days of dispatch, while international timeframes vary by region and carrier.
- Tracking: Tracking information is emailed when available.
- Packaging: We use recycled or recyclable packing materials wherever possible to reduce waste.

Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you can request a return or exchange.
- Timeframe: Please start your return within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be returned in the same condition as received. Vintage items should include any original tags or packaging where applicable.
- Exchanges: Available for unused items within 30 days, subject to stock.
- Return postage: Customers are responsible for return postage unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Refunds: Processed within 5 working days of receiving the return and issued to the original payment method.
How to start a return
- Email us with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
- We’ll confirm your return and share any packing or courier notes if needed.
- Post the parcel to the address below and retain proof of postage with tracking details.

Customs and import fees
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or handling fees charged by their destination country. These costs are not included in our shipping prices, except for orders shipped to the United States, where a 10% tariff is already included in the shipping rate.
