Terms of Sale

Ham Yard Vintage operates as a sole trader business under Guy Joseph. All product prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP).

Payments are accepted through PayPal only. Once your payment clears, your order is confirmed and prepared for dispatch. You’ll receive an email to let you know your purchase has been placed successfully.

Orders are usually packed and sent within one to two working days. Delivery times can vary depending on your location and postal service conditions. Full delivery details can be found on our Shipping & Returns Policy page.

If for any reason an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurs, the order may be cancelled and refunded in full. We’ll always contact you if this happens. Please note that postal or customs delays are beyond our control once a parcel has left our hands.

Returns and exchanges are welcome within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Please visit our Shipping & Returns Policy page for details on how to arrange a return and who covers postage costs.

All sales and transactions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
